Cancellation
Policy
Please give 24 hours notice for one appointment, 48 hours for multiple
appointments of any cancellation. A service charge of 50% of the
appointment(s) total will be charged with less time than our policy
notice. A credit card or check will be required to secure multiple
treatments.
Cell
Phones and Beepers
When you enter 1 on 1 Self Indulgence, we would like you to forget
the demands of your every day life. To achieve this special moment
of relaxation as well as for the respect of others trying to escape,
we ask that you please leave your cell phone in your car, or set
it to the vibration mode prior to entering our facility. Thank you
for your understanding on this delicate matter.
Gratuity*
Gratuity is left to the discretion of our clients, and is accepted
either as cash or check. Any Normal gratuity practices are usually
15-20% of total treatment price. If you are having multiple services
it is best to wait until the end of all services for gratuity to
ensure your relaxation and our Front Desk can assist you with any
questions and distribution of your kind gratuity. Groups or Spa
Parties will be automatically charged 20%.
* Due to rising fees for merchant/credit card accounts
any gratuity added to service totals on your credit card will now
be subject to a $1.00 fee to cover the added costs to your credit
card totals which are not a spa service or product. Please plan
accordingly by presenting your gracious gratuities by either cash
or check to avoid the credit card use fee.
Payment
Options
For your convenience we accept cash, debit cards, checks, MasterCard,
Visa, and 1 on 1 Self Indulgence Gift Cards. Prices and services
are subject to change without prior notice.
Please be aware that we will charge $20 fee for any checks that
are returned.
The
Day of Your Appointment
Please
plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to complete
any required client questionnaires, and then take advantage of the
peaceful prelude to your chosen treatment.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time.
Use
of Facilities
Gym
and shower facilities are available for an additional $15.00 per
visit. Use of showers and hydro tub is permitted only with certain
treatments and packages. Please inquire with Front Desk prior to
your visit for clarification on whether your treatment includes
use of showers and/or hydro tub. For safety reasons all guests must
sign in at the Front Desk if they intend on using either the gym
and/or shower facilities.
Lost
and Found
Please
make sure you have all your personal belongings before you leave,
we will do our best to remind you, however, we are not responsible
for any lost or stolen personal belongings.
Gift
Cards
1
on 1 Self Indulgence offers Gift Cards for your convenience. Our
Gift Cards can be used as debit cards, and the amount can be replenished
as needed. Gift Cards can be used towards any service and/or retail
product offered at our facility. Please note that our Gift Cards
are non refundable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards.
Gift
Cards are available for any dollar amount that you so choose. So
you may choose an amount, and then let the holder of the Gift Card
choose the treatment or product that they desire. A perfect gift
for men, women and teens!
